PlayCanvas SplatTransform 2.0: open-source CLI for 3DGS w/ automated collision generation
R3DROPS DIRECTLY INTO CORBEAUSPLAT AS THE POST-BRUSH STEP. Brush handles cleanup but no collision, no LOD, no decimation. SplatTransform replaces or augments Brush: GPU floater filter -> progressive merge decimation -> Morton reorder -> export GLB/SPZ/Voxel. CorbeauSplat output gains a free collision mesh, which unlocks every downstream interactive deliverable. CRITICAL FOR BUILDING C PHASE 5 TRACK 2: the callout/measurement UX previously requiring Nira (paid) now works against any glTF viewer using SplatTransform's collision output as click-target geometry. Combined with Cesium plan, Building C exterior gets render + collision-backed callouts + LOD streaming on a $0 SDK stack. Materially shifts Track 2 economics. PRICING: don't pass savings to client — capability is the pitch.
